Family room (VIP PLUS)

This room located in the entrance courtyard and arranged in a double and one single bed. It has a window facing the same courtyard. It is a large room that benefits circulated weather by a wind tower on its roof.
The toilet and bathroom is inside the room and on the ground floor.

Since there is no staircase from the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of this room, it sounds suitable for wheelchair or elderly people.

FAMILY ROOM (VIP)

The room located on the way from the main courtyard to the porch/ Hashti. The entrance to the room has three steps and the window faces the small hallway.

The toilet and bathroom is inside the room and on the ground floor

Family room (Special)

One Double and two single beds

There are three "Special Family Room" (4beds) in the hotel.
One of the rooms located in "entrance" courtyard and has a window facing the same courtyard.This room is a duplex and has 9 steps inside the room.

Other room is in the hallway leading to the main courtyard, or the elevator hallway. The entrance to the room has 8 steps. The window faces the entrance courtyard.

The third room is located in the main courtyard and has a window overlooking this courtyard.

The toilet and bathroom are inside the rooms and on the ground floor.

TRIPLE (3S)

Four Triple rooms are arranged in three single beds.
One of them located in the entrance courtyard, with a window facing the same courtyard. Since there is no staircase from the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of this room, it sounds suitable for wheelchair or elderly people.

Other three of rooms are in the main courtyard. Two of them are "Shahneshin". Each "Shahneshin room" has a window overlooking the main courtyard. The entrance to every room has ten steps. A bathroom in one of these rooms has three steps.
The last room located on the underground floor.the entrance to the room has 4 steps and no window in the room.

The toilet and bathroom are inside all the rooms and are on the ground floor. Except Room 315, which its bathroom has three stairs).

Triple(Ordinary,Double+single)

The room is an "Ordinary Triple" room and arranged as one Double and one single beds. It located in the entrance hall to the main courtyard or the elevator hall and has no window. Since there is no staircase from the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of this room, it's suitable for wheelchair or elderly people.

The toilet and bathroom are inside the room and on the ground floor.

Triple (Special,double+single)

Two of rooms are "Special Triple" and arranged as one Double and one single beds.
One of rooms has a main courtyard and a window facing the main courtyard. Another located in a porch/Hashti, a stair-free entrance, no window but a beautiful skylight.

The toilet and bathroom are inside all the rooms and on the ground floor

Twin

There are 10 twin rooms in the hotel.Four of them are located in the main courtyard and have a window facing the main courtyard.
The other two are in Narenjestan courtyard and have a window facing to that.
There is one room in the entrance courtyard and the window facing it.
One of rooms is located in the entrance hallway connected to the main courtyard and exactly is on second floor. The entrance to the room has a number of stairs and is equipped with an elevator. The room has no windows and no skylight.
Two of rooms are underground and in the main courtyard, the entrance has three steps. Rooms do not have windows and just skylights.
The toilet and bathroom are inside all rooms and are on the ground floor.
